Academic Trainer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Academic Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our academic counselors. The successful candidate will equip our counselors with the knowledge and skills to effectively advise clients on our online Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs.
1. Design and deliver training programs: Create comprehensive training modules to educate academic counselors on our online UG and PG programs.
2. Program knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our online programs, including curriculum, admission requirements, and program benefits.
3. Training delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to academic counselors, ensuring they can effectively communicate program details to clients.
4. Assessment and evaluation: Develop assessments to evaluate counselors' understanding of program details and provide feedback for improvement.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with academic counselors, team holders and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet business objectives.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
