: Academic Representative (MBA Marketing)
Position Overview:
We are seeking two dynamic and motivated individuals (1 male, 1 female) with an MBA in Marketing to join our team as Academic Representatives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for representing our organization to educational institutions, promoting our academic programs, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders. Candidates must be enthusiastic, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with extensive travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development
Identify and approach potential academic institutions, universities, and colleges to build partnerships and promote our academic offerings.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of our programs among students and faculty.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for academic partners, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
Organize and deliver presentations, seminars, and workshops to showcase program benefits to students, educators, and administrators.
Lead Generation and Conversion
Develop and manage a pipeline of leads from various academic institutions.
Convert leads into partnerships by showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
Event Coordination
Plan and participate in educational fairs, campus events, and industry conferences to network and promote the brand.
Coordinate with internal teams for the seamless execution of events and campaigns.
Travel and Fieldwork
Travel extensively within designated regions to meet with academic institutions, ensuring consistent on-ground engagement.
Maintain detailed travel and meeting logs, providing feedback to management for strategic improvements.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities.
Analyse data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and suggest areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Education: MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or academic relations are preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively, including overnight stays as needed.
