Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for thorough audits of 45 - 50 centers in the assigned territory
Timely conducting Teacher training for the franchisee's teaching Staff
Will be responsible to check & resolve parent concerns if any
Mode of Travel/Schedule:
Employees are expected to travel upto 15 days a month (outstation travel)
Format will be - 1st & 3rd Week of the month : Local Travel, 2nd & 4th Week : Outstation travel
Will be travelling locally via public transport - This changes as per the grade offered
Travel will involve overnight stay

Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent
Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops or any other Parent Interactive sessions
Conducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports and providing feedback for class observation.
Collaborating in the planning, designing, and implementation of teaching modules
Undertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum
Co-coordinating with special needs department to support the teachers in delivering successful sessions
