: Academic Mentor - ACCA

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Academic Mentor for ACCA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ACCA curriculum, a passion for mentoring students, and the ability to support faculty members in delivering exceptional educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of ACCA topics and continuously research solutions to challenges faced by faculty and students.

Student Mentorship

• Mentor students enrolled in ACCA courses, guiding them on study techniques, time management, and effective learning strategies.
• Regularly call students to monitor academic progress, ensure attendance in engagement activities, and keep them motivated.
• Conduct group and individual counseling sessions to address student concerns.

Content Development & Coordination

• Create support materials for faculty and students, including question papers, PPT presentations, and other educational resources.
• Gather PDF materials from faculty within deadlines and collaborate with designers for coordination.
• Work with content creators to ensure accurate and effective representation of ACCA concepts.

Progress Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor student activities, update academic records, and provide progress reviews.
• Complete assessments and tests, analyze results, and give constructive feedback.

Faculty Support

• Assist faculty members in academic-related programs and other support activities as needed.

Collaboration & Multi-tasking

• Work effectively within a team or independently.
• Multi-task and manage additional responsibilities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the ACCA curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide students effectively.
• Proficiency in creating educational materials and presentations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Perseverance and a proactive mindset to solve challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including designers and content creators.
• Flexibility to multi-task and adapt to dynamic requirements.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
