Academic Excellence Manager (AEM) play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission - they directly work with teachers and schools to ensure that our system is effectively implemented to achieve the desired learning outcomes. If this excites you, join us by sending your resume to [HIDDEN TEXT]. A day in the life of a Sr. AEM: Be energized and passionate about delivering excellent student outcomes at schools. Support and monitor LEAD School academic system execution in partner schools. Visit schools at regular intervals to train teachers, observe classrooms and ensure execution of the program. Analyze student performance data and design interventions with multiple stakeholders to improve student learning. Manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate with large and diverse teams in the small towns. The Experience we would like you to have : 3-5 years of overall experience, middle to high school teaching experience preferable. TFI Fellowship: 2 years of fellowship and 1-2 years of post-fellowship OR Other Fellowships: 1-2 years of fellowship and 2-3 years of post-fellowship OR Other Organizations: 2 years of teaching experience and 3 years in an academic support role OR Teacher/Academic Coordinator/Principal: 5+ years of teaching experience and 2+ years of managing teams. Must haves: A passion for Academics and Education Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days in a month.
