Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Academic Counsellor to guide students in making informed educational and career decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of academic programs, and a passion for student success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide students in selecting courses, programs, and career paths based on their skills and interests.
• Provide personalized academic and career advice during one-on-one sessions.
Assist prospective students with the enrollment process, including documentation and application submission.
Conduct informational sessions to promote programs and clarify admission criteria.
Track students' progress and provide strategies for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with students to understand their goals and concerns.
• Address academic and personal challenges, offering solutions or appropriate referrals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education field
Proven experience in academic counseling or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Empathy and the ability to connect with students effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
