Academic Counselor
Job Description
1.Required to counsel the students Explain the advantages of joining and converting the demo into admission Loves to counsel, convince, and make people understand.
2. Should be able to answer all the course-related queries.
3. Able to discuss career and educational goals with students.
4. Handling admission queries and objection handlings skills Coordinate and ensure smooth functioning of daily activities.
5. Able to explain about admission procedure and courses offered Maintain the record of student data about counseling.
6. Preparing schedules for different batches/courses and keeping up with the progress of students.
Must be responsible for generating new leads for admissions over the phone
Experience - Minimum 1 year experience in Telesales with good communication skills. Fluency in a regional language is mandatory.
