Job Role: Academic Counselor with Sales Focus at UNLOCKSKILL

Position Overview:

As an Academic Counselor with a sales focus at UNLOCKSKILL Classes, you will serve as a key point of contact for students and parents, guiding them through educational choices while incorporating sales strategies to drive enrollments. Your role is integral in creating a positive student experience and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Guidance and Sales Pitch:

- Provide detailed information about UNLOCKSKILL Classes' courses, emphasizing their benefits and value proposition.

- Integrate sales techniques to influence course selection and drive student enrollments.

2. Course Recommendations:

- Assess student profiles to recommend suitable courses, aligning academic goals with UNLOCKSKILL offerings.

3. Enrollment Support:

- Guide students and parents through the enrollment process, addressing concerns, and promoting the benefits of UNLOCKSKILL courses.

4. Career Counseling with a Sales Angle:

- Offer career counseling with a sales-oriented approach, highlighting how UNLOCKSKILL Classes can contribute to students' career aspirations.

5. Effective Communication:

- Maintain clear and persuasive communication with students and parents through various channels, demonstrating excellent sales and counseling skills.

6. Query Resolution and Objection Handling:

- Address inquiries promptly and effectively, employing objection-handling techniques to overcome hesitations and encourage enrollment.

7. Phone calling on Leads :

- calling prospective students , following up on leads and motivate them to join UNLOCKSKILL courses

8. Data-Driven Approach:

- Utilize data on student preferences and trends to tailor counseling and sales strategies for better outcomes.

9. Feedback Collection:

- Gather feedback on counseling processes and sales interactions to continuously refine approaches and improve student conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.

- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.

- Empathetic and patient demeanor in both counseling and sales scenarios.

- Familiarity with online education platforms is a plus.

Pay: ?8000 - ?10000 per month
