Job Title: Academic Counselor with Sales Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and their families to understand their educational needs and goals.

Develop and implement tailored educational plans that align with students' aspirations.

Utilize your sales skills to effectively present educational programs and services, addressing any objections and guiding students toward enrollment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

Track and report on student progress and enrollment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of counseling strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach initiatives that attract prospective students.

Stay informed about industry trends, educational programs, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education.

2 years of sales experience in an educational setting.

Proven ability to engage and motivate students and families.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Familiarity with academic programs and counseling practices is a plus.
