We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable

Academic Counselor - Overseas Education

to assist students in selecting the right courses and universities for their higher studies abroad. The role involves guiding students through the application process, visa procedures, and providing end-to-end support for study destinations such as the

UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and European countries

.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized counseling to students regarding study options abroad. Assist students in university selection, application submissions, and admission processes. Guide students on

visa documentation, financial planning, scholarships, and accommodation.

Stay updated on

international admission policies and visa regulations

for various countries. Conduct seminars, webinars, and education fairs to promote study abroad programs. Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and education partners. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and ensure smooth follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Counseling, or Business).

Experience:

1-2 years in study abroad counseling, student advising, or university admissions.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of international education systems, university applications, and visa procedures.

Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Technology:

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
