Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice and guidance to students, helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career paths. You will act as a bridge between students and our educational offerings, ensuring they receive the best possible experience and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Evaluate students' academic backgrounds, interests, and aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
• Assist students in setting realistic academic and career goals.
• Stay updated on trends in education, industry demands, and competitive programs.
• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and open-house events to attract prospective students.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and provide follow-ups as needed.
• Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to address student concerns and ensure their satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Preferred)
• Academic counseling: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)
