Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counsellor at The WiNNERS Institute in Indore. The Senior Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students pursuing various government job courses. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions, engaging in career planning discussions, and offering mentorship to students to help them achieve their academic and career goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent counseling and communication skills
• Experience in career guidance and mentorship
• Knowledge of government job recruitment processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Empathy and understanding towards students' needs and concerns
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
