AR Research House is seeking a dynamic and proactive Counsellor with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients, managing social media profiles, and maintaining client data through Excel. A basic understanding of the stock market, strong English communication skills, and social media management abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide counselling and support to clients regarding stock market courses and services.
• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding offerings.
• Manage and maintain social media profiles to engage with the audience.
• Maintain and update client records and data using Excel.
• Assist clients with basic stock market queries and guide them in understanding market fundamentals.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English, both verbally and in written form.
• Support the marketing and sales teams with client management and communication.

Qualifications :

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in counselling or client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Knowledge of handling social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of stock market concepts.
