Academic Counselor
Job Description
G-TEC Education Haldia is seeking a dedicated Academic Counsellor to guide students in selecting appropriate educational programs aligned with their career goals. Responsibilities include:
• Student Interaction: Engage with prospective students to understand their academic aspirations and provide tailored guidance.
• Course Counseling: Offer detailed information about various courses and programs available at G-TEC Education.
• Admissions Assistance: Support students throughout the admission process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with prospective students to address queries and encourage enrollment.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and assess student needs
• Proficiency in English
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with academic counseling practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
