• Review walk-ins for career-related aspirations, concerns, and interests in the
AVGCI industry.
• Basic understanding of various lead sources which include Digital Marketing,
Traditional Marketing, Local search tools, and referrals.
• Experience in telephonic marketing to generate walk-ins from all our lead
sources.
• Guiding walk-ins about all our products and helping them pick the right course
suitable to them in academic and financial aspects.
• Explaining all our Unique selling propositions and having the knack of closing the
walk-ins to admissions.
• Having the abilities of a go-getter and searching for ways to achieve business
targets on monthly basis.
• Communication skills Verbal and written is mandatory.
• Pinpointing and informing clients of potentially helpful career-related
opportunities.
• Keeping an eye on ever-changing trends in AVGCI industry.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Basic computer skills to manage data, analyze and report.
• Experience in counseling for educational institutions and able to coordinate with
other team members.
• Preferably a team player.
