We also help students find placements in esteemed universities worldwide. Our team of experts is dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients and candidates. Our esteemed client is looking for Academic Counselors to join our existing team at Kolkata to help them manage more and more students and generate more class hours. They are offer personalized one to one online tutoring classes for Mathematics, English and Coding to school going students based in mainly middle east countries like UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Oman. Responsibilities:
- Calling student leads or 11 Online Tutoring Classes and setup trial classes.
- Taking post-trial feedback from both parents and tutors and converting trial students into bookings.
- Providing customer support to all existing clients.
- Follow up with all paid students at regular intervals to assess their feedback on the tutoring and liaising between student and tutor whenever needed.
- Organizing monthly parent-teacher meetings PTM online or as requested.
- Retaining clients and generating monthly renewals.
- Generate referral leads from the existing partners and students.
- Meet monthly revenue and collection target.
- Overall 1 to 2 years experience in student counselling in any educational business or web portals.(Must)
- Bachelor degree with any specialization.(Must)
- Excellent communication skills in English.(Must)
- Proficient in using Zoom, Google Meet, G-suite and other web-based tools.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to student and parent needs.
- Good negotiation skills to sell class subscription to the students
- Monthly CTC INR 25000 to 35000 including Pf.
- 3 days work from office, 3 days from home.
- WFH will be started after the first month.
- Our Client\xe2\x80\x99s Office is located on Prince Anwar Shah Connector near EM Bypass, Avishikta, Kalikapur crossing.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted to visit office for F2F interview.
