*Conversion of leads.
*Promptly respond to inquiries via phone, email, etc.
*Guide new students through the onboarding process.
*Collaborate with admissions for a smooth onboarding experience.
*Providing detailed information to students.
*Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
*Providing the new students with training sessions for enhancing their skills.
*Understand courses and curriculum deeply.
*Conduct follow-up calls
*Prepare reports on conversion, onboarding, and engagement.
*Provide insights for process enhancement.Qualification:-
*Bachelor's degree
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Organizational and time management skills*Experience: 0-3 year
