Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively to address client queries and provide support throughout the admissions process.
Assist prospective parents and students with admissions procedures and onboarding.
Manage and maintain accurate information in organizational databases.
Handle phone calls and emails from prospective clients with professionalism.
Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Plan and execute new initiatives to promote admissions and client engagement.
Research organizations and individuals to identify new opportunities for growth.
Develop strategies to increase the value of current customers while attracting new admissions.
Identify and develop new markets for admissions growth.
Preferred Experience:
Freshers or candidates with prior experience in tele calling or marketing will be given priority.
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills in Malayalam.
Proficiency in handling client relations and admissions procedures.
Ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing and outreach initiatives.
Capability to research and identify potential opportunities for growth.
