Job Overview
•We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding students through their academic journey, providing support and resources to help them achieve their educational goals. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.•

Responsibilities

• Educate students about academic programs, policies, and procedures at the university level.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to assess student needs and develop personalized academic plans.
• Provide mentoring and support to students throughout their educational experience
• Develop workshops and informational sessions on topics such as study skills and career planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or plus two in Education, Counseling, or a related field .
• Freshers or Experience working with students in an academic setting is highly desirable.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proficient in interviewing techniques and recruiting strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to mentoring and supporting student success.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
