Job description : We are looking for a dedicated student counselor to join our educational Team. The responsibilities of the student counselor supporting professional growth of students
Key Responsibilities:
•Tele calling & costumer support
• Provide academic guidance and support to students
• Explore career options and develop plans with students
• Advocate for students and connect them with campus resources
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success
Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of academic policies and procedures
• Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in student information systems and advising software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Experience:
• Academic counseling: 1 year (Required)
