Job Description
We are hiring for Academic Counsellor to work at our AXIONZ Institute located at Kochi.
immediate joining
Job Role:
•Conversion of leads.
•Promptly respond to inquiries via phone, email, etc.
•Guide new students through the onboarding process.
•Collaborate with admissions for a smooth onboarding experience.
•Providing detailed information to students.
•Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
•Providing the new students with training sessions for enhancing their skills.
•Understand courses and curriculum deeply.
•Conduct follow-up calls
•Prepare reports on conversion, onboarding, and engagement.
•Provide insights for process enhancement.
Qualification:-
•Bachelor's degree
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Organizational and time management skills
•Experience: 0-3 year
