The Academic Counselor plays a pivotal role in guiding students through their academic journeys. They provide personalized support and advice to help students select courses, set academic goals, and address any challenges that may arise. The counselor works collaboratively with students, parents, and faculty to ensure each student's academic success and well-being.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Counselling, Education, or a related field. Specialization in healthcare or medical-related courses is an advantage.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage time and multitask effectively.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of healthcare careers, educational trends, and challenges in the healthcare field.

Other:

Empathy and a genuine desire to help students succeed academically and professionally in healthcare.

Salary:

Fixed salary:10000-15000 + Incentive

Weekly Target: 5 Admission /week

Females Preferred
