We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The main responsibility is to contact students and promote our internship programs, ensuring they understand the benefits and details. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle objections.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students to introduce and sell our internship programs.
Explain the program benefits, features, and details clearly and persuasively.
Address queries, concerns, and objections from students effectively.
Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with students to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is an advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar tools
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
