Academic Counselor
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Education Counselor. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide counseling to students interested in NEET, JEE, KEAM Coaching, while also actively promoting and selling our services. This position requires a blend of counseling skills, sales acumen, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
Qualifications:
• Plus Two/Graduation
• Previous experience in student counseling, admissions counseling, or sales roles within the education sector preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
