IIDM is dedicated to providing quality education and fostering a supportive learning environment. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Academic Counsellor to join our team and help guide our students toward academic success.
Key Responsibilities :
• Provide academic advising to students, helping them understand course requirements and career opportunities.
• Assist students in developing educational plans that align with their goals.
• Monitor student progress and provide support for academic challenges.
• Facilitate workshops and informational sessions on academic skills and career planning.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to support student needs.
• Maintain up-to-date records of student interactions and progress.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in academic counseling or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of educational programs and career advising.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
