Introduction
An Academic counselor will play a key role in generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
• Sales Generation : Identify potential customers, generate leads, and turn them into sales.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Product Knowledge : Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services to effectively present and sell solutions to clients.
• Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Sales Reporting : Track and report sales performance regularly to management.
• Follow-up : Maintain timely follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Cross-Selling & Upselling : Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing customers.
• Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to the client's needs.
• Customer Feedback : Collect customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
Requirement:
• Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through conversations.
• Strong inclination to work in a target driven sales environment.
• Proven expertise in converting leads into a sale.
• Fluency in English is must-have.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
Graduation in any specialization is must.
Min Exp- 6months in (Ed-tech sales).
