Join Edugram as a full-time Sales Associate and play a pivotal role in our dynamic sales team! You will be essential in demonstrating how Edugram transforms student learning through our innovative tools. Your role will involve showcasing our proprietary Edugram.app to students and parents, while also handling mentoring and driving sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured counseling sessions to advise students and parents on their learning needs.
• Schedule and perform online demo sessions daily, including follow-up sessions.
• Analyze customer profiles and issues to highlight the drawbacks of ineffective learning methods.
• Create a compelling case for Smart Learning and guide student-parents to purchase Edugram subscriptions.
• Manage objections and negotiate pricing to achieve sales targets.
• Continuously update your knowledge of Edugram's products and sales techniques to meet and surpass growing sales goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior (students and parents).

Compensation and Career Growth:

• Initial salary of ?3 LPA INR plus variable pay (with no cap).
• Opportunity to double your salary within six months based on performance.
• Comprehensive 7-day training program to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
• You will undergo an Application Assessment Test at the end of the 7 days to evaluate your ability to perform the job role. Full-time employment will be confirmed upon scoring 80% or above in the test. If you do not achieve 80%, you will have the opportunity to reattempt the test after 7 days.
