Job Summary: The Academic Counsellor is responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their educational journey. This role involves advising students on academic programs, helping them set and achieve academic goals, and assisting with course selection and career planning. The Academic Counsellor works closely with faculty and staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support.

Basic Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counselling, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification in academic counselling or career coaching.
• Experience working in a higher education setting.
• Proven track record of successfully helping students achieve their academic and career goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
