As an Academic Counselor, you will play a key role in helping prospective students navigate their educational journey. You'll engage with leads, understand their ambitions, and showcase how TGC's courses can be the perfect stepping stone toward a successful career. This is more than a sales role--it's an opportunity to inspire, advise, and be part of a vibrant community focused on growth, learning, and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement: Connect with prospective students who express interest through various channels and provide them with tailored guidance.
• Course Consultation: Understand students' aspirations and recommend TGC's programs that best fit their goals.
• Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with prospective students, providing them with timely information and answering their queries to build trust.
• Follow-ups and Conversions: Systematically follow up with potential students to maximize conversion rates, meeting admission targets with enthusiasm.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with our marketing team to understand the campaigns and leads coming in, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Student Experience: Ensure that each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression, showcasing TGC's commitment to quality education and student success.

• Passion for Education: A genuine interest in helping students succeed and a desire to be part of an educational journey.
• Experience: 1+ years in academic counseling, admissions, or sales-related roles preferred, but passion and aptitude matter most.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
