We are currently seeking a highly motivated Educational Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve collection targets for assigned streams.
• Generate leads through cold calls and various marketing activities.
• Conduct walk-in consultations and counseling sessions for prospective clients.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments and revenue opportunities.
• Work on upselling to existing students and leverage referrals.
• Follow up with inquiries via telephone and online channels.
• Maintain high conversion rates, with an average conversion target of 80%.
• Manage student fee collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets for assigned products.
• Maintain and update customer databases through regular calls.
• Coordinate with the Area Office for administrative support and assistance.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of sales records and timely reporting.
• Organize and participate in in-house marketing activities and sales promotions.
• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Stay updated on competitor information and market trends.
• Foster team building and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
