Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling:
Engage with prospective learners to understand their academic and career aspirations, providing personalized course recommendations.
Lead Management:
Follow up with potential students through calls, emails, and messages, nurturing leads and ensuring high conversion rates.
Sales & Enrollment:
Drive enrollments by effectively communicating course benefits, career outcomes, and financial options.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
CRM & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and enrollments in the CRM system.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to enhance outreach strategies and improve student engagement.
Follow-Ups & Relationship Building:
Establish long-term relationships with students, addressing their concerns and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in academic counseling, education sales, or business development.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written proficiency in English and Hindi.
Consultative Selling:
Ability to counsel students effectively while driving sales.
Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
Resilience & Persuasion:
Capable of handling objections and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Work Schedule:
Willingness to work on weekends (with a weekday off).
