Salary: Up to ?40,000 per month

Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate Academic Counselor with a strong background in sales. If you have 1-3 years of experience in EdTech sales and are driven to meet and exceed targets, we want you on our team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Engage with prospective students and their families, providing them with comprehensive information about our programs and course benefits.

2- Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email. achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

3- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and trust with potential students to foster long-term relationships.Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and enhance the outreach process.

4- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects, including tracking and reporting on key metrics and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

1- 1-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in EdTech or a similar industry.

2- Strong passion for sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to take initiative.

4- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

5- Comfortable with working towards targets and in a fast-paced environment.
