Job Title: Academic CounselorLocation: BangaloreWorking Days: 6 days a weekSalary: - 35,000 in-hand (CTC up to - 40,000)About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Academic Counselor to join our team at a leading EdTech company in Bangalore. The role involves assisting students in identifying the right courses, providing guidance, and ensuring smooth enrollments into our programs.Responsibilities:- Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals and suggest appropriate courses.- Provide detailed information about programs and resolve any queries.- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful enrollments.- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure enrollment targets are achieved.- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a seamless counseling experience.Requirements:- A graduate in any discipline.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Previous experience in sales or academic counseling (preferably in EdTech) is advantageous.- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to work.
