Answering Screening And Forwarding Incoming Phone Calls. Greet And Welcome Guests As Soon As They Arrive At The Office. Multitasking And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks Solid Written And Verbal Communication Skills. Empathetic & Understanding. Patience and calm mannered.
