• Lead Conversion: Contact potential leads through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert them into enrolled students.
• Counseling: Provide detailed information about BrainSIL's courses, programs, and services to prospective students.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Student Guidance: Understand students' needs, career goals, and aspirations to recommend the most suitable courses.
• Follow-up: Consistently follow up with leads to ensure timely enrollments and answer any queries.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, enrollments, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure seamless communication and deliver a high-quality student experience.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
