REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in similar roles in education and related industries
• Strong communication skills and a strong mastery of written and verbal English & Hindi
• Computer and any software knowledge be required
• Inherent ability to have engaging conversations.
• Passion for education is a must.
• Having Bachelor's Degree from any recognized university.
• Proven Track records of Admissions & counselling.
• Should have demonstrated experience in handling complex problems

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Discussing career and educational goals with students.
• Aiding in the course selection process to ensure progress toward student goals.
• Displaying an interest in student development.
• Identifying student strengths and weaknesses.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of institutional policies.
• Using a Lead management solution to keep a record of the lead progress
• Assist students in course registration.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for student experience and ensure that their queries are handled & resolved immediately through emails, phone calls, etc.
• Counselling students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, school adjustment, truancy, study habits, and career planning.
• collect course's feedback from students and pass to the relevant faculty and head of the department
