Key Responsibilities :
• Counsel prospective students and parents about various courses offered.
• Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries, providing detailed information.
• Conduct career guidance sessions to help students choose the right career path.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a database of inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Counseling/Marketing background preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle student queries patiently and professionally.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Experience in counseling, sales, or customer service is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
