About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide and assist students aspiring to excel in NEET and JEE examinations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping students and their parents make informed decisions regarding academic planning, preparation strategies, and overall career growth in the competitive exam domain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Counseling:
Provide personalized academic counseling to students for NEET and JEE preparation.
Understand students' strengths, challenges, and goals to suggest suitable strategies and programs.
2. Parent Interaction:
Engage with parents to explain the benefits of various programs, curriculum structures, and the institution's edge in competitive exam preparation.
Address concerns and ensure alignment between the institution's offerings and the student's academic aspirations.
3. Admissions and Enrollments:
Drive admissions by converting leads into enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.
Maintain records of interactions and enrollment processes for reporting purposes.
4. Student Support:
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
Work closely with academic teams to address student challenges.
5. Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets as set by the management.
6. Events and Seminars:
Assist in organizing and conducting seminars, workshops, and open-house sessions for students and parents.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. A background in Psychology or Education is a plus.
Experience: Relevant experience in reputed coaching institutes is preferred. Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply.
