Academic Counsellor

to join our team in Kochi. This role involves coordinating academic activities, managing internship programs, and ensuring smooth communication with students.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage internship programs for students. Act as a point of contact for students, providing them with relevant information and guidance about internship opportunities. Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with students and address their queries. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and program details. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of academic programs.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on telephone communication. Ability to organize, multitask, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with academic processes or internship coordination is a plus. Proficiency in basic computer operations and office software. A positive and enthusiastic attitude toward helping students.
