Academic Counsellor
Location - Agra
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective and current students.
• Assess students' educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and interests to recommend suitable IT courses.
• Provide detailed information on course content, prerequisites, and potential career paths.
• Develop and present informational sessions and webinars about IT courses.
• Guide students through the enrollment process, including application submission, registration, and financial aid options.
• Advise students on potential career opportunities and industry trends in the IT field.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of new counseling strategies and programs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience in academic advising, career counseling, or student services, preferably in the IT or education sector.
• Familiarity with IT courses and career paths.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
