Key Responsibilities

:

Assist students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests, goals, and academic background. Provide detailed information about course content, fees, schedules, and career prospects. Counsel students on career opportunities and market trends in IT and software. Address student queries and concerns regarding courses and admissions. Collaborate with trainers and management to ensure effective student engagement. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in education or counseling is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand and address student needs effectively.
