Candidate should identify and secure admissions, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promote our education and admission counseling services. This role involves collaboration with top universities in India, promoting both online and regular courses, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.Key Responsibilities: -Provide career counseling and advice to potential students, explaining how our UG and PG Degree Programs can enhance their careers.Conduct daily outbound and follow-up calls with prospective students and their parents.Highlight the effectiveness and uniqueness of our collaborative University degree programs.Manage the entire sales process for assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.Maintain a detailed database of lead interactions and provide feedback on lead quality to the team.Meet weekly revenue and enrollment targets.Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and various other channels.Requirements: -Understand the needs and preferences of the target audience to tailor services and strategies.Demonstrate empathy and patience when interacting with potential students.Take a systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets.Possess a sales mindset to effectively communicate our UG & PG Degree Programs to prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.Sales experience in the EdTech domain is a plus.Educational Qualifications and Skills :-Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and networking abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with the higher education landscape in India is a plus.Goal-oriented and self-motivated.Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: \xe2\x82\xb916,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 per monthBenefits:
