Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic

Student Counsellor

to support our students academically, emotionally, and socially. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through their academic journey, addressing personal challenges, and helping them stay focused and motivated throughout their preparation for competitive exams like NEET and JEE.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic and personal counseling to students, helping them manage stress, anxiety, and performance pressure. Guide students in setting realistic academic goals and creating effective study plans. Offer motivational support and regular check-ins to maintain student morale and discipline. Address behavioral issues and provide interventions or refer to appropriate professionals if needed. Maintain confidentiality while handling student issues with empathy and professionalism. Organize workshops and sessions on time management, stress management, and exam preparation strategies. Collaborate with faculty and parents to ensure holistic student development. Maintain student records and track progress over time.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in academic/student counseling (experience in NEET/JEE coaching institutes preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with students and understand adolescent behavior. Empathetic, patient, and a good listener. Familiarity with academic pressures and the structure of competitive exams.
