Job Description

To counsel students & assist placement director in the works related to the placement department.

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/MBA

Experience: 3-5 years of experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

a) To collect the job announcement/description - requirements, job details, and specifications from the Placement director and share the same with the students - in a timely manner.

b) Require travelling to different cities to visit companies & foster relationships with the company to promote future hiring with placement director.

c) Follow up hiring steps to receive placement confirmation, joining date, offer letter, etc.

d) To arrange for interview facilities at the campus (Auditorium, Labs, and Interview rooms).

e) Counsel students regularly to ensure job acceptance rate increases.

f) Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student for potential placements.

g) To assist students from Interview to on-boarding, complete student career cycle.

h) Collaborate with the Student Placement Committee in consultation with the Heads of the Departments.

i) Counselling students

j) Take admission interview of students on video call.

Skills Required:

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.

2. Proficiency in MS Excel.

3. Excellent Email writing etiquettes.

4. Fluent in English.

5. Willingness to travel as per professional requirements.

• Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
