Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Business

Development Executive cum Academic Counselor in the EdTech industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with students and working professionals, providing them with information and guidance on career options, and assisting them in choosing suitable full-time and distance learning programs.

Responsibilities :

• Engage with prospective students and working professionals through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into admissions.
• Provide comprehensive information about various full-time and distance learning programs offered by the organization.
• Understand the career aspirations, educational background, and professional goals of prospective students to offer tailored guidance.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify suitable programs and academic paths for individuals.
• Generate revenue from the leads provided.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them throughout the enrollment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging career options, and advancements in education to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and admissions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Pursuing Graduation or above .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and address the needs of students and working professionals effectively.
• Familiarity with full-time and distance learning programs.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: Up to ?300,000.00 per year
