• Guide students over call/video through course selection process

Outbound and cold calls on daily basis
Listening to the queries and concerns of the students/parents
Clarifying all doubts related to courses, fee and convert Enquiry into Admissions

Required Candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree

Have good communication skills in English and Regional Language (Marathi,English,Hindi) with professional presentation

• Sales skills, Market Understanding

Job Specification for Academic Counsellor:

Responsible for assisting students in shaping their careers overseas

• To advise students on the university application procedures, visa application process, help students in applying for various scholarships and accommodation
• The post holder will provide professional advice and guidance to students interested in studying in the above mentioned countries.
• Coordinating with Branches/ Associates for pending documents and payments
• Maintaining accurate ledger and computer records of students counseled and applications sent to the specific country.
• Maintaining good relationships with the branches and associates
• Filling the online/paper applications and submitting the application to overseas Universities.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and behavior
• Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
• Relevant teaching certification or licensure for preschool education
• Proven experience working with young children in a preschool setting
• Passion for early childhood education and a caring, patient, and compassionate demeanor
• Knowledge of child development theories, teaching methods, and classroom management techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):Additional certifications or training in early childhood education or special education
• Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into the classroom
