Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct outbound calls to prospective students & their parents by following provided guidelines. \xef\x82\xb7 Introduce and promote the company\'s products/services to potential customers. \xef\x82\xb7 Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest. \xef\x82\xb7 Handle objections and provide accurate information to address customer inquiries . \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits . \xef\x82\xb7 Keep accurate records of interactions, customer details, and call outcomes in the CRM system. \xef\x82\xb7 Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. \xef\x82\xb7 Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets . \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and insights for process improvement. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance at all steps. \xef\x82\xb7 Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
