9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

Student Counseling:

Guide students in choosing universities, courses, and career paths.

Application Management:

Ensure timely and accurate submission of applications.

Visa Guidance:

Support students with visa applications and financial documentation.

Industry Updates:

Stay informed on education policies, visa rules, and institutional changes.

Scholarships & Financial Aid:

Advise on scholarships and post-study work options.

Presentations & Outreach:

Conduct seminars, college visits, webinars, and education fairs.

Collaboration:

Work with sales and marketing teams to boost student enrollments.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate reports on applications and admissions.

Requirements

Qualification:

Graduation

Experience:

Minimum

1 year

in study abroad counseling.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of admissions, visa processes, and scholarships for destinations including the

UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Europe (Germany, France, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Malta), USA, and Canada

.

Expertise:

Proficiency in financial documentation for visa approvals.

Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Mindset:

Ethical, detail-oriented, and committed to student success.

Technical Skills:

Experience with CRM tools, application platforms, and reporting systems.
