Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Academic Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will guide prospective students and working professionals in choosing the right programs to meet their academic and career goals, fostering growth and success for each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counselling prospects on apt courses according to their education, interest and career aspirations.
• Provide detailed guidance on the academy's training programs, certifications, and career opportunities.
• Assist in the admission process, including eligibility assessment and documentation support.
• Address student inquiries regarding course content, schedules, and training methodologies.
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and track student progress.
• Support students in overcoming challenges by coordinating with trainers and administrative teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Computer or Psychology.
• 1+ years of experience in academic counselling. Experience in EdTech Industry is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Malayalam.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and career pathways is an added advantage.
• Proactive and empathetic approach to understanding and addressing student needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?216,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per month
