Offenso Hackers Academy Pvt. Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Academic Counsellor to join our team. As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process and assisting them in selecting the appropriate courses to achieve their career goals in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed information about our courses, curriculum, and admission requirements to prospective students through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct informative and engaging counseling sessions to understand the career objectives and educational background of prospective students.
• Assess the skills and knowledge of prospective students to recommend suitable courses that align with their career aspirations.
• Assist students in completing the admissions process, including filling out application forms, submitting required documents, and coordinating with the admissions team.
• Address inquiries and concerns from prospective students regarding course content, schedules, fees, and other related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the student database regularly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract prospective students.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity education to provide relevant and up-to-date information to students.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
